Bill’s professional goal is to provide comprehensive legal counsel to a range of clients in a professional yet relaxed setting. He strives to handle every one of his clients with respect and to provide prompt and affordable counsel.

After a decade of working in law firms of various sizes, from boutique firms to large multi-state practices, Bill decided that estate planning and small business clients are best served in a small firm environment. Given his law practice experience, Bill founded Lyne Law Firm, LLC in 2012.

Bill is a 2002 graduate of Marquette University Law School and is licensed in Wisconsin and Colorado. Bill is married and enjoys distance running.

Eric is a versatile and experienced business attorney capable of providing a wide range of corporate and business legal services, solutions and counseling for companies and their owners and executives. His broad-based knowledge and seasoned judgment have been developed over nearly 25 years, including 15 years serving as in-house counsel. Eric has a depth of experience in general corporate matters, commercial contracts and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and real estate.

Eric joined the firm in 2016. He graduated from Marquette University Law School in 1994, and prior to that he received his undergraduate degree in History from Williams College in 1987. A native of Milwaukee, Eric is married and has three sons, and he enjoys outdoor activities such as bicycling (road and mountain biking), hiking and canoeing.
