Representing buyers and sellers in all phases of property purchases and sales, we draft, review and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and related instruments such as deeds, easements, and access agreements. We provide oversight of all aspects of a transaction through closing, and we coordinate activities with title companies, insurance brokers and environmental consultants. We review title commitments, surveys and other due diligence documents, and closing statements as well.
We are also able to assist clients with land use regulations and zoning issues, including making appearances at public hearings and engaging in negotiations with local governmental agencies to secure the necessary permitting and agreements for project approval.
We represent landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions and assist in the drafting, review and negotiation of leases and related agreements. In addition, when our clients embark on renovation and expansion projects, we assist them with the review and negotiation of construction/design-build agreements.
