We also help our clients secure loans from private lenders and/or public agencies to fund business growth opportunities, and we can advise on other types of equity and debt financing arrangements.

We work with clients in reviewing and negotiating all types of commercial agreements, and we are capable of acting as a client’s outside general counsel to provide day-to-day advice on contractual as well as other general legal and business concerns.
